The Soiree Of The Season Is Back With A Special Edition Event…
Join Brooke USA’s Sunset Polo® & White Party for a special edition of the signature event returning to South Florida’s winter social calendar. The International Polo Club Palm Beach will host the event for the first time. The Pavilion and Sunset Terrace will transform into the idyllic ambiance for the fête of the season, all while guests enjoy a touch of Latin America. The scene will be nothing short of spectacular with beautiful cabañas lining the tournament polo field offering prime viewing as the sun settles on the horizon for the Round Robin exhibition match, followed by a live Latin band, and an array of upscale dining options with a Latin flair.
The one-of-a-kind event features a bona fide who’s who of the South Florida, Palm Beach and Wellington social scenes, and the special edition event will only offer a limited number of tickets to ensure the safety and health of guests. The previous Sunset Polo & White Party events have raised a cumulative $1.6 million to benefit Brooke USA, directly improving the welfare of working horses, donkeys and mules and the people they serve throughout Asia, Africa, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and the Americas.
Now in its sixth year, Brooke USA’s Sunset Polo® & White Party will return on Thursday, March 18, with a fully slated schedule and enhanced socially distanced activities featuring:
Sunset Polo Game
VIP Vistas – An indoor dining experience with open air viewing of the terraza, polo and band with social distancing capacity and guidelines strictly enforced. Guests may create their own configuration of 2-6 guests per table.
The Terraza Collection – A private outdoor dining area with the perfect view of the Sunset Polo from center field, a lounge area for 8 guests complete with an open bar and exclusive menu from the VIP Vistas.
Sunset Cabañas – A private party for 8 guests with seating and prime views of the polo and entertainment alongside the tournament field, featuring a gourmet picnic dining experience, drinks, and appetizers.
Silent Auction featuring equestrian items, home goods, jewelry, and art
Live Entertainment & Dancing

Please Note: No general admission tickets will be offered in lieu of the importance of COVID-19 protocols, although tickets rolled over from the 2020 event will be honored if confirmed no later than February 18, 2021. Tickets for the VIP Vista, Terraza Collection and Sunset Cabañas will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis beginning February 1, 2021. There will be no un-ticketed entry. All guests will be required to sign an event waiver as well as have their temperature tested upon arrival for detection of COVID-19 symptoms.

Why: To raise funds for working horses, donkeys and mules and the people who depend on them to survive in Central and South America.
COVID-19 Notice: Hosting an event during COVID-19 is certainly challenging but not impossible. After all, we are in beautiful, sunny Florida where we are able to host outdoor events and provide our guests with extended social distancing options. For Brooke USA’s Sunset Polo & White Party | Special Edition: Latin America, we are doing everything we can to provide you with a safe environment, including capping our attendance at 350 guests (25% of our previous years’ figures). Our host venue, the International Polo Club Pavilion, has very strict policies which are based on federal, state and local regulations, WHO recommendations, CDC guidelines, and United States Polo Association requirements. This is why we are seating a limited number of people per designated area with at least 6-feet between each safety unit of no more than eight people outdoors and six indoors. Please note that only guests with pre-purchased tickets will be allowed into the event; no walk-ins will be permitted. Face masks will be required while entering the event yet these may be removed once seated in your designated safety unit.
Remember, ensuring a safe environment depends on all of us. We ask that you stay within your safety unit, you adhere to social distancing recommendations, and you wear a mask when you leave your safety unit. With all this said, the event promises to be unforgettable with a great polo match, an amazing live band, loads of dancing in your own personal space, exquisite food and tons of auction items.
